These terms govern access to DotXI websites and apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use DotXI for a club, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
DotXI provides academy management, coaching tools, guardian communication, athlete profiles and optional scouting features. Features may differ by plan. We may improve or change functionality with reasonable notice where material.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep credentials confidential. Do not misuse the platform (scraping without permission, harassment, uploading unlawful content, attempting to bypass security or billing). Club admins are responsible for inviting the right staff and for data they enter about athletes and families.
Content & licences
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant DotXI a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. Do not upload material you are not allowed to share.
Subscriptions & marketing services
Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at checkout. Separate studio/marketing quote requests are offers for optional services and are not part of the core SaaS unless agreed in writing.
Availability & disclaimer
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided as is within the limits allowed by law. DotXI is a software tool — football decisions remain yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DotXI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using evaluations/scouting data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live. Contact: [email protected].
